Community Guidelines

StreamHub is for adults (18+) to meet, watch and talk. These rules keep it safe and fun. Breaking them can lead to content removal, a suspended account, and a report to law enforcement. Report problems with the Report buttons or at [CONTACT EMAIL].

Not allowed on StreamHub

1. Anything involving minors

No one under 18 may use StreamHub. We have zero tolerance for any sexual or exploitative content involving minors, for grooming, or for adults seeking contact with minors. We report this to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement, and we permanently ban the account.

2. Nudity and sexual content

No nudity, pornography, sexual acts, sexually explicit talk, sexual solicitation, or paid sexual services, on streams, in profile pictures, photos, posts, comments, chat or Date Box. Keep it clothed and appropriate for a general adult audience.

3. Harassment, bullying and threats

No harassing, stalking, shaming, or intimidating anyone. No threats of violence or harm. No unwanted repeated contact. No sharing someone's private information (home address, phone number, workplace, ID) or private images ("doxxing", or non-consensual intimate images). Content like this is removed and may be reported to authorities.

4. Hate

No attacks on people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, serious disease or veteran status. No hate symbols or glorifying hate groups.

5. Violence, dangerous acts and illegal activity

No showing or encouraging violence, weapons threats, terrorism, dangerous stunts, drug dealing, human trafficking, or any other crime. No streaming content that shows real people being seriously hurt.

6. Self-harm

No encouraging or showing suicide, self-harm or eating disorders. If someone is in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) in the US, or 911 in an emergency.

7. Scams, fraud and impersonation

No asking users for money, gift cards, crypto or account details outside StreamHub's own gift system. No romance scams, fake giveaways, phishing, fake accounts, or pretending to be another person or a StreamHub employee. No buying or selling accounts, coins or followers.

8. Spam and manipulation

No spam, repeated copy-pasting, links to other sites in chat, fake likes or views, or evading bans with new accounts.

9. Other people's rights

Only stream content you have the right to share. See our Copyright Policy. Do not record or share other people's streams or private video (including Date Box) without their permission.

Date Box and Versus

Date Box is for friendly conversation on camera. Guests and hosts must follow every rule above. Hosts can end a turn at any time. If a guest or host makes you uncomfortable, leave and report them. Never share personal contact information, never send money, and read the Safety Center before meeting anyone.

Consequences

Live streams are checked by an automated tool for nudity, and a stream it is very sure about may be ended automatically (you can contact support if it got it wrong). We may remove content, limit features, temporarily or permanently suspend accounts, and report to law enforcement, depending on how serious the violation is. Streamers and the chat moderators they appoint can time out, ban and delete messages in their own chat, and you can block anyone or report a stream, a chat message or a private message. Our team can end a live stream at any time. Serious violations (for example anything involving minors, credible threats, or non-consensual intimate images) lead to an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to the authorities.
